I'm trying to make a good pvp and away from pvp kind of build that don't rely on using avatars. So please keep in mind I'm still working on this build so feel free to give me ideas what might work best. Thanks :3

VoS is rubish for PvP.
You're better off using Ebon Dust Aura or Onslaugh as your elite if you want to stay away from avatars.
Also 3 healing skills (and no rez sig if applicable to format)

Replace at least 2 with Heart of Fury and any flash boosting your movement speed, like fleeting stability for earth prayers, or harrier's haste for wind prayers.
You use zealous sweep, ermite's zeal & radiant scythe... Is energy such a concern? Put in more adrenaline based attack skills:
Good examples are Wearying Strike, Crippling Sweap, Irresistible Sweep, Twin Moon Sweep...

So... Yeah, if you want a PvP build, you should pretty much change all of the skills... It might sound rude but I assure you it's all for the better

As for PvE, if you're using VoS, you should consider using Eremite's Attack or whirlwind attack if you don't mind using PvE skills: for each foe it will attack, all the other enemies will be hit by VoS (let's say you hit 10 foes, it will trigger VoS 10 times

Mystic Sweep and Zealous Sweep are bad, try swaping in the Aura slicer/Reap Impurities combo for ridiculous AoE damage
If you're specing in earth prayers, Sand Shards and dust cloak are good choices: use cloak with teardowns like ermite's or twin moon.
Same as above, 3 healing skills is too much, leave the healing to dedicated members of the party: swap in HoF, it should never leave your skill bar.

You have way way way too much self healing and not enough utility, you need a snare and even an IMS + IAS to be considered a threat no matter what format your in. Furthermore, with the change to mysticism, Eremite Zeal + Radiant Scythe is overkill e-management.

For your snare I would most definitely recommend Crippling Sweep.
Since you specced into Earth Prayers you can pick up Enchanted Haste (terrible uptime) or Fleeting Stability (prevents KDs) for an IMS. Heart of Fury should most definitely be on your bar as it greatly speeds up your attacks.
